Claims for incorrectly printed, damaged, or defective items must be submitted within 30 days of receiving the goods. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the expected delivery date. We will cover claims resulting from our error.

Incorrect address: If an incorrect address has been provided, which the courier service deems insufficient (e.g., a missing house number), the shipment will be returned to us. The customer will be responsible for the costs of resending the shipment after we have confirmed the correct address (if applicable).
